- Participation in the events of the NGO "Leadership and Innovation University" is voluntary.
- Participants fill out registration forms in person.

- Participants undertake to adhere to the norms of academic integrity.
- Participants bear personal responsibility for the authenticity of information, including that provided in manuscripts, abstracts of reports, sections of collective monographs, etc.
- By filling out any registration form, the applicant accepts the conditions of participation and undertakes not to submit any claims to the NGO "LIU".
- Collections, certificates, membership tickets, certificates of advanced training, and other documents are provided to participants in electronic form and may be posted on this website, including without notification by e-mail, unless the terms provide otherwise.
- Collections, certificates, membership tickets, and other documents are provided only to those participants who have filled out the registration form.
- All materials provided by participants are published only in electronic form on the conference website in the author's editorial office.
- Participants guarantee the uniqueness of the text. In the case of the detection of textual borrowings (plagiarism) in manuscripts, the authors of the manuscript are solely responsible.
- Event participants voluntarily agree to make organizational, membership, registration, or other contributions (donate).
- NGO "LIU" is a non-commercial organization that does not carry out any entrepreneurial activity, and does not receive profit or material benefit.
- The expenses of the NGO "LIU" related to the organization of events, the development of assembly layouts, certificates, etc. are compensated by the participant (applicant) through a contribution. The contribution is not intended for profit or material gain.
- NGO "LIU" reserves the right in individual cases and without explanation to refuse the applicant to consider and approve an application for participation in events and membership in NGO "LIU".
